Private time with Ted
Intensives provide an opportunity for you to work with Ted privately for one or more days. The focus is on helping you discover and practice skills to learn to positively change the relationship you have with yourself and others. The laser focus of these full days is on teaching and allowing you to practice simple, elegant, specific, applicable, unique hands-on skills and tools that you can take home and apply immediately.
A war you wereย never meant to win
Ted believes that the biggest challenge we face is the subconscious war we wage against ourselves. An intensive with Ted provides alternatives to fighting depression, battling anxiety, combating despair, suppressing anger, repressing fears, controlling impulses, and other means and methods designed to deny what it means to be fully human.
โThe truth is we will never win this internal war. There may be periods of cease fire but fighting against what it means for us to be human is a war that can never be won.โ

As much as weather allows, these experiences will be outdoors, in elements of nature, in very special parts of the world.

A partner, family members or friends can join at no additional charge. Each person will participate in their own process but there is power in sharing and witnessing otherโs unique experiences.
